AtlanticSeatech AS is a Norwegian company operating within the development of technology for land-based aquaculture systems.

By accessing or using our services, website, or products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Description of Services

AtlanticSeatech develops and provides technological solutions for monitoring, analysis, and experimental influence of environmental parameters in aquaculture systems, including but not limited to the Bioground system.

Our solutions are currently under development and may include prototype systems, testing environments, and experimental technologies.

We do not guarantee that the services will be complete, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Development and Testing Disclaimer

The Company’s technology is in an ongoing development and testing phase.

AtlanticSeatech makes no representations or warranties regarding biological or operational outcomes, including but not limited to:

  • fish health

  • growth rates

  • survival rates

  • production efficiency

Any use of our technology in operational environments is at the user’s own risk.

Acceptable Use

Users agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Users shall not:

  • attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate our technology

  • interfere with system functionality or data integrity

  • use the services in a manner that could harm the Company or third parties

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AtlanticSeatech shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • loss of fish

  • operational downtime

  • loss of revenue or production

Where liability cannot be excluded, it shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the relevant service.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Company’s technology, including designs, systems, software, and data models, remain the exclusive property of AtlanticSeatech AS.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services.

No part of the technology may be copied, modified, distributed, or reproduced without prior written consent.

Changes to Services

AtlanticSeatech reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services at any time without prior notice.

We are not liable for any consequences resulting from such changes.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if users violate these Terms.

Users may discontinue use of the services at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Norwegian law.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Norwegian courts.
